Bomboloni | Italian Stuffed donuts | Easy Donuts Recipe

#bomboloni is an Italian Stuffed #doughnut and is eaten as a snack food and dessert. The pastry's name is etymologically related to bomba, and the same type of pastry is also called bomba in some regions of #Italy !!

Recipe :

- 160 ml of milk

- 50 g sugar

- 5g of instant yeast



Mix it well until the yeast and the sugar are dissolved


- 350 g flour

- 1/2 tea spoon salt

- 1egg



knead for 2 minutes


-40 g unsalted butter


knead until the butter in incorporated within dough knead it for 20 minutes !

until you get tired hahaha ^^ After done kneading , round it up and put it in a bowl cover it and let it rest for at least 1 hour !^^

Remove #dough from bowl and gently knead with your hands for 2-3 minutes

Roll dough to 2 cm thick .

Use a #donut cutter or a cup like i did to cut oout circles ^^ !

Gently place them on try ! cover with a wrap , for a 30 minutes or more ^^!

fry them for 90 second each side Once they are golden brown , directly dip the balls in sugar and #cinnamon and set them aside Gently make a hole in the side of the bomboloni using a chopstick Fill in with #chocolate or #custard buon appetito ! #youtubechannel #youtube #youtuber #youtubers #subscribe #youtubevideos #food
